1. Agreement to Terms

By connecting your third-party accounts (including Google Workspace, YouTube, or Facebook Pages) to AI Agent Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI Agent Tool provides autonomous automation workflows designed for content creators, agencies, and operators. Features include automated publishing of approved media to Facebook Pages, video publishing to YouTube channels, and synchronization of operational metrics with Google Sheets.

3. Third-Party Platform Policies

Your use of the Service must strictly adhere to the terms and community standards of the third-party platforms you connect:

• YouTube: By using our YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Meta / Facebook: By connecting Facebook Pages, you agree to comply with the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Developer Policies.
• Content Integrity: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published material does not infringe copyrights, contain malicious payloads, or violate spam policies.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any text, media, assets, or data you submit or publish through the Service. AI Agent Tool claims no ownership over your creative works or proprietary assets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of third-party API rate limit disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Agent Tool be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by revoking application permissions in your Google and Facebook account security settings and ceasing use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these Terms or third-party platform rules.
